I met a group of people today to view the Michael Drummond “Being Played” exhibit at World Chess Hall of Fame in St. Louis. It was provocative and seemed to rebel against the so called line as to what we can and should wear at the office. Drummond drew his own line with this collection, a line that only a few of us dare to cross.
Hypnotic! It was live theater mixed with fashion…
The J. Stocking Runway Fashion Show at The Last Hotel which was amazing. It was hypnotic with models walking in perfect beat to the music. It was Broadway mixed with fashion for everyday women.
The runway show featured Designs by J. Stocking, owned by Jasmine Brown, who launched her stunning Winter 2020 Collection for today’s modern woman. The 60-piece collection features formal wear, corporate apparel, couture and modern-vintage displayed by both established and emerging models.
The hotel happens to be located in the historic Garment District neighborhood of St. Louis and has become the place for runway shows, fashion design competition, up-scale pop-up fashion shops to name a few.
The show was organized by Anomaly, a team that showcases top local fashions in St. Louis.
Presented by Designs By J. Stocking, Anomaly, The Last Hotel, Remy Martin, and HICLUB Exotic Cars.
